“Traditional Hue Music on the Perfume River” (Ca Hue) is one of the most popular cultural experiences in Hue, combining traditional Hue music performances with the beautiful tradition of releasing floating flower lanterns onto the Perfume River. During the tour, visitors can enjoy traditional Hue music (Ca Hue), cruise along the romantic Perfume River aboard a dragon boat, release floating flower lanterns, and admire the stunning nighttime views of the Perfume River, Hue City, and the beautifully illuminated Truong Tien Bridge.

Itinerary

Traditional Hue Music Show on the Perfume River

  • Boarding: Guests are welcomed at Toa Kham Marina – 49 Le Loi Street, Hue City (opposite Muong Thanh Hotel).

  • Dragon Boat Cruise: The dragon boat takes guests along the Perfume River, passing Truong Tien Bridge and cruising toward the area in front of Thuong Bac wharf

  • Traditional Hue Music Performance: The boat anchors at a scenic spot, and the engine noise is reduced as the live Ca Hue performance begins.

  • Floating Flower Lantern Experience: During the performance, guests can join the singers in releasing floating flower lanterns onto the Perfume River. Each guest receives one complimentary flower lantern.

  • Continue the Music Show: Enjoy more traditional Ca Hue performances and a selection of modern songs dedicated to Hue.

  • Return to Marina: At the end of the program, the dragon boat returns guests to Toa Kham Marina, concluding the tour.
